How do you sell a seller on accepting an FHA?

I have had multiple FHA buyers.

In the past I have not been able to get the offer accepted for the FHA buyer of course it was a hot market. And now other Realtors refer these buyers to me and I had to turn one down the other day.

If you know how to close an FHA in a busy market,

I would be forever greatful if you can share your secret....
