Is the market turning around??

Yes and No.   Depends on the price range and area.  
For the Hudsonville/Jenison areas...the hottest area is any homes under the 125K mark.
It has somewhat turned out to a be a Sellers market???   What??  A sellers market???  In the last 2 months the demand has really changed.   Add in the tax credit...very nice option for home buyers.
