Every day I try to give my best to each customer, even when I'm having a bad day, or worse a bad week. Everyone knows what I mean. Even when the customer has unrealistic demands and are just plain difficult. I still strive to do all I can for them. I don't find a purpose in taking on a new customer and wasting his and my time if I'm not going to do all I can for him. At the end of the day, you're not successful if you're customers hate you. Word of mouth goes really far. Just a thought

Great way to feel.  It will pay offer for you.  Hardest part is being nice to the grumpy ones.
