Are You Ready for Social Media?

I just watched this amazing video loaded with stats and factoids. Very interesting. Wanted to share here...

My take-aways from this video:

1. I'm already addicted to Facebook, so no problem there. But should I consider tweeting?

2. Time to get better at making YouTube videos. Good thing I just bought a new Cannon with HD video capabilities! :)

3. Since I'm new to real estate, I'm putting 100% of my effort into having leads find me via Google. This video just reinforces everything I've felt and why I won't buy ads in the newspaper, radio, television, etc. "Be ready to be found when the customer needs you" is my goal.

Hope everyone has a productive, effective, and successful week. I know I plan on it! :)
