So many great peolple with some many economic problems......
Last night, watching the football game I received a call from a lady that want to buy a house,
she came as a referal from an old customer that bought a 400K house, now she decided to take the risk to spend all her savings in this big dream, she wanted me to make it true...... She is a good woman, hard worker and with a very nice family wich she is the head of, when I heard her talking me about all her family dreams and all the exited way she was wanting to buy something, I said to mysel: Go David, you can help make her wishes true!
She is willing to buy an apartament that fill all her expectations, I was so sure everything was ok and ready, but ......... Her credit is too bad, but not enough to dont be able to help her to fix it, it will be hard but not imposible!
It happens a lot, but what more touch my heart is that so many great people with so many expectations and wishes are not able to buy a house, is too sad to break such expectations......
Isn't a hard time when you can not do nothing else that say: "I am sorry but you have not enough money or enough good credit to buy a house"...........
I wish just to have the enough powr to make each great oerson with each economic problems could buy their dream home ........
