Melissa ~ I had not seen this article. It sounds like great news for Wachovia borrowers who are trying to short sale their home. 5 day approvals with 32 day closings sounds remarkable. I will have to check back to see if any one who reads this has heard of this.
I have had a Wachovia short sale going since June as the listing agent. I am a CDPE, and all we have heard is, "We are swamped" from every agent we speak with. Haven't heard of this form, but was told that on October 1 we will now be with Wells Fargo for the short...

No , haven't seen it but hoping ALL banks set guidelines for their short sales. We are frustrated , just think about the employess of banks.
