Homes in Grand Lakes continue to sell briskly.  In the least three months 57 homes have sold.  Home have sold in an average of only 53 days.  A majority of homes have sold for between $200,000 and $600,000.  The average price per square foot is $98 but has ranged from the $70's to the $120's.

Due to a great location and proximity to great amenities, a well-respected golf course and fantastic schools sales in Grand Lakes continue to be brisk.  The incoming medical facilities that are a stones throw from the neighborhood will mean more high paying jobs near by.  This can only boast home values long term.
