Homes in Cross Creek Ranch continue to sell briskly.  In the least three months 21 homes have sold.  Home have sold in an average of only 142 days.  A majority of homes have sold for between $250,000 and $600,000.  The average price per square foot is $100 but has ranged from the $80's to the $120's.
