Homes in Green Trails continue to sell briskly.  In the least three months 35 homes have sold.  Home have sold in an average of only 42 days.  A majority of homes have sold for between $200,000 and $500,000.  The average price per square foot is $90 but has ranged from the $70's to the $100's.
