Hardship: Adjustable rate mortgage that kept going up and up. Needed to relocate out of state for employment.

Shortly after buying their home, the roof started to leak and the homeowner had no money to get it fixed. On the sale of the property, we negotiated that the buyer would take care of any issues with the roof in order to purchase the home.
