HI Tim and Julie - I hope you're right.  I do have a few potential buyers who simply haven't been able to get themselves ready to buy in time to get the credit.  If it is extended, even at $8k, it would mean a grat deal to them.

Tim & Julie - I read your article, where did the 2 million homes number come from? I am not in support of extending or increasing the credit. Ultimately, it will have to end and when it ends we will suffer the same as auto manufacturers and dealers. We should have that happen quickly and move past it. Also, there are some good arguments and estimates that the $8000 credit is actually costing taxpayers over $20,000 per transaction.

However, I would certainly want to see the credit extended for those men and women serving overseas during the eligibility period. $8000 for those in non-combat zones and $15,000 for those in combat zones.

However, I will admit, if the credit gets extended and/or increased, I will use it in my marketing.
