Seriously, I am usually not that high on staging, but this home looks perfectly appointed! Wonderful colors and great lighting. Seriously an excellent job. It should surely sell quickly! Cograts.

Thanks, Chris - we're believers in the sales staging produces. Especially on larger homes like this one, the homeowner will get a much higher price and sell a lot faster saving a ton.
