Last month I showcased 7 highly effective Real Estate Smartphone Applications (apps) that range in cost from Free to $39.95/month. Although iPhone clearly has more apps for the real estate industry, the majority of real estate agents use and plan to continue using the BlackBerry per a National Association of Realtor's survey.

According to USA Today, "People looking to cash in on the next gold rush should consider developing applications for the new generation of smart mobile phones". Yankee Group forecasted that "consumers will spend more than $4.2 billion on apps in 2013 up from $343 million this year"!
