Did you get your 2010 Real Estate calenders yet?  Better question, did your order any?  I received mine yesterday, went to the post office to see how much postage I should put on them.  Clerk said, "one stamp your good".  That's 44 cents for the postage plus whatever you pay for calenders.  I started giving them out, to the people on line behind me, next I went to the bank, gave out a few there also.  People were VERY happy to receive them.  All thanked me.  Great promo.  Be ahead of the curve, be first.  Can't hurt.
