We don't see a lot of duplexes in Ann Arbor,but my parents owned several.

This one looks like a real find, and no association fees? How often does that happen? Not here.

Thanks Lynda I appreciate the compliments! In most condo developments there are condo fees. This is a stand alone duplex in a neighborhood with other single family homes. They way it works with a duplex like this is that if there is any maintenance needed the two owners share the cost. It is written right into the dead.
