Wow! This home was listed and sold in just 14 days! The sellers went above and beyond to get their home prepared for the market, including painting the interior and exterior, refinishing the hardwood floors, gutting the kitchen, replacing all the windows, updating the bathroom and pulling out overgrown landscaping. It really showed, and especially to these buyers who had seen it all, and even entered into another contract, only to find major issues with that property upon inspections. Needless to say, they were thrilled to find this home, in such pristine condition, in an even better location for their family. I love it when buyers and sellers come together like this!
