Groveland Florida had 23 sold residential transactions in September 2009. The average sale price was $154,502.00. The average square footage sold was 1916 sq. ft. The average price per square foot is $80.64.

Great graphs Johnny! Are you saying that all but 5 of the solds in Sept. were bank owned????? And 1 of the remaining 5 was a short sale? Holllyyy Cow! Is that normal in your market? We have a much much lower percentage of bank owned properties here in the NW.

The great thing is there are 20+ people that were able to buy homes!

Patrick---Yep, all but 5 were bank owned. This particular area has alot of bank owned homes and is a tough market for a non-distressed seller. Fortunately, this is just a small city in South Lake County. Other parts of the county such as Clermont and Minneola are actually picking up steam. Clermont had 100+ homes sold in September.
