Real Estate Agent with HomeSmart Realty West CalBRE #01458572

My owner is a Realtor with Century 21 Award in Mission ValleyCreekwood at River Run is a large, sprawling condominium complex in central Mission Valley in San Diego, California.

Creekwood at River Run has to rank as one of the most beautifully landscaped condominium complexes in Mission Valley with its many streams and bridges. Amenities include swimming pool, spa, outdoor grills, and a fitness center. Its location provides quick and easy access to Qualcomm Stadium, home of the San Diego Chargers, as well as shopping and dining a couple of blocks away at Fenton Marketplace where there's a large Costco, Lowes, Ikea, and Islands Restaurant. There is also a beautiful, new branch of the San Diego Public Library at Fenton Marketplace, as well as a San Diego Trolley station to catch the Trolley for points east, west, north, and south.

A short drive will get you to Sea World, Fiesta Island, and much of Mission Bay, and it's also easy to go biking, skateboarding, or walking on the many paths along the San Diego River. If you're a golfer, you'll enjoy its close proximity to both the Riverwalk Golf Course and the Tecolote Canyon Golf Course.

Creekwood at River Run is #22 on the Mission Valley map below. For information on the other complexes in Mission Valley, click on the map to go to my web site and then click on the same map there.

Mission Valley, San Diego, California

Creekwood at River Run was built in 1986. Its 252 units range in size from 682 to 977 square feet. Floor plans include one bedroom/one bathroom, two bedrooms/one bathroom and two bedrooms/two bathrooms.

While these are some of the smaller condominiums in Mission Valley, they are priced appropriately, they are very well maintained, and the location is great! Owners' Association dues range from $295 to $325 a month. To the best of my knowledge, all of the units have in-unit laundry hookups.

HOA fees include common area maintenance, landscaping, exterior building and roof maintenance, water (including hot water), sewer, and trash pickup.

As of October 6, 2009, there were no units for sale or in pending status in Creekwood at River Run. Units that come on the market in Creekwood at River Run don't last very long, so if you'd like one, contact me and I'll keep an eye out for you.

Great slide show and a lovely condo property. It is good to see they are moving quickly when they do become available.

Jim, I know if I leave a comment here you'll get it since you just did this one. You were only showing one street name for Creekwood, but when I went over there, I found two. Is the other street not a public street? The post office gave me a zip code for the second street.

Hey, Betina - Even though there are 39 condominium complexes in Mission Valley, almost any condo that comes on the market that is priced right moves very quickly. Mission Valley is a happening place, and lots of people, especially first time home buyers and those who are down sizing like the area because there is so much to do -- movies, shopping, dining, walking, sports, night life, whatever. If you want it, it's in the Valley

Hey, Jason - I'll have to check on that. Thanks for the heads up. You can often get a five digit zip code from the post office but not a nine-digit zip code if they don't deliver mail there, so if the post office only gives you a five digit zip code, then they don't deliver there. Call me if you have any other problems, or leave a cool comment like this! LOL
