Waukesha County Real Estate: There is a difference between being busy and being productive.

I learned a long time ago that the minute you thought you were spinning your wheels you had to take a step out of the box and find a way to get out of your slump. It's like taking an escalator up to no where. When we can be critical and yet improve our real estate knowledge and awareness to benefit ourselves, Waukesha County Lake homes, Waukesha County Lake property commercial property for sale in Waukesha County our clients, and everyone else it becomes a win-win situation. Sure I like wearing nice suits but I also like the idea that I have the ability to be laided back at times and always love what I do by helping people buying and selling real estate in Waukesha County. I have other Waukesha County agents telling me they are busy but not seeing results. That confuses me. If you are not seeing results it is time to take a step back and convert being busy to being productive. I will always be attentive and listen to every word. My mind rarely wanders and I have a memory that has not let me down. I absolutely love selling real estate in Waukesha County. I fuel on it. I am a guy with lots and lots of energy. I drink coffee like osmosis, I pull into parking lots some times on two wheels, my dog Lars and I have been known to homes for sale in oconomowoc dine on burritos,gas station food, and chicken from a chain store. I would not have it any other way. I like who I am, my clients know they always have effort and results from me, and I relish the idea that my clients become my friends. I am truly fortunate to be in an Industry where I can't wait to get up and go to work. As I work on polishing my dining habits and try to put on some weight you can rest assured that you will always have my undivided attention and detail to every project you and I approach.

Tom - You are right on this post and I don't even have time to know if I am productive working 7 days per week 12 hours per day working construction at MGM City Center on Las Vegas Blvd.

That's the way to be. When we are busy very productive becomes somthing we see and not think about.

I think we have all seen those agents that are busy, but not making any money. There certainly is a difference, Now the 2nd thing is ... A happy cow in Wisconsin? It is way to cold for them to happy, you took that picture in California didn't you!
