Hi Paul: Although I started out in residential real estate, I wouldn't touch a residential transaction now. I refer them to the experts. Thanks.

Hi Toula: I agree, just as residential short sale transactions, commercial transactions can also be complicated. Thanks.

Michael, it's always best to refer clients to unknown territory...which for me would be commercial real estate. :)

Michael, there would never be a question in my mind about referring a customer with commercial needs to an expert commercial Realtor. After all, I would not want my dentist to operate on my appendix just because he is a doctor.

Good Advice, Michael, I've focused on residential and investment properties and would refer any commercial listings to an agent with the experience to handle them.

Not all realtors ARE commercial...and for those who have not had any training...think that ROI is an oriental appetizer...stay far, far away and let the folks who know...do...and you sure do !
