Asheton Lakes is an attractive upscale community located on Woodruff Road, just past highway 14 in Simpsonville. This neighborhood was developed by Clifton Land and Timber, who also developed other upscale simpsonville Subdivisions like: Waverly Hall, Five Forks Plantation, Savannah, and Shellbrook Plantation.
There are three lakes in Asheton Lakes which defines the neighborhood, and some of the lots overlook these lakes. Homes in the subdivision are mostly all brick, and range in square footage from 2200 square feet to over 5000 square feet. Home prices are from the low $300,000's to the high $500,000's. There are about 88 homesites in this subdivision, and they range in size from about 1/4 acre to about 3/4 acres.
Asheton Lakes Subdivision is conveniently located close to Five Forks area, shops, entertainment, restaurants, downtown Greenville, I-85, I-385, and more.
