The months of supply of homes for sale is extremely low for single family homes in Chino. From this time last year, the supply of homes for sale has decreased by 77%.

Over the past year the median sales price has decreased by 12%. Since last year, the average days on the market has decreased by 48%.  Homes are on the market 42 days less than before.

So what does all this mean for you? It means that if you are a seller in Chino, you are quite likely to be able to sell quickly and receive multiple offers.  If you are a buyer, the affordability of the market will work to help you get into a new home.

Keisha, thanks for the interesting stats.  Looks like the area has grown a bit from then when I lived in Glenmead forty years ago.  Then it was just Glenmead, chino prison, dairies and horse ranches

Sounds like it's been a while since you last visited the area for sure. Though we still have some horses, some dairies and beautiful equestrian trails, we have grown into a larger city with great shopping, great restaurants and plenty of sports parks. You should come take a visit!
