Carl, it does seem as if this potential is first and foremost on everyone's mind. I have heard both pros and cons about the vaccine...

Michael I just got my regular flu shot but I'm  going to wait and see how it goes with the H1N1 shot. Not really comfortable with the testing period. Seems that is all you hear on the news with different views. I just wonder if it is hype as some of these things have been in the past.

Thanks for this, Carl! The swine flu virus is particularly tough on young people, pregnant women, and people with chronic asthma or similar conditions. Hopefully you're not in that category and wouldn't need the vaccine.

    Cheers,

    Robin

Robin I'll probablly check with my physician before I take the shot. I just now got my regular flu shot.  I'm in no hurry to get the H1N1, I'm at a wait and see. Ceil doesn't take medicine or any of the shots. I guess she is the healthy one.

Thanks Dale for the good advice. We do try to be careful and try to stay out of crowds and wash our hands often. We worry about the grandkids, I'm sure they probably will come down with some kind of flu whether it is H1N1 or otherwise, hard not to when you are in a classroom with a great number of kids. Every year they seem to have problems like this, not much different then when we were growing up, we just hear more on the news. You and Deb do the same, take care.
