44 Comments on This Was Strange...Even For Me!!! Another (Not So) Wordless Wednesday
Oh my gosh you are certainly a prankster and that is an excellent way to be in my book! Thanks for yet another great laugh today!
Hi Craig, of course you're right, I should never comment before my first pot of coffee! How are Gomez and Morticia doing by the way?? I wonder if somehow they referred you for this grand new listing??!!!
Wanda - Oh my Wanda. Are you single handedly trying to bring back Vaudeville?!!! (Insert rim shot here!)
Debi - I'm thinking you love the way my mind works because yours works in a similar fashion!
Toula - I like the cash buyers! We are talking U.S. funds here......right?!!!
Russell - Thanks for being a good sport my friend! Life's too short not to have some fun along the way. We spend so much time being serious that it's nice to kick back when the day is done, put aside the difficulties of life, and share some yucks!
Mary - I did see the timestamp on your 1st comment and thought, "Man, that Mary's up early!" Your cousins Gomez and Morticia told me to say hello to you. They want to know why you never call them!!!
Hi Craig:
I've never actually seen their money, but this is the vehicle the buyers drive.
OH...before I forget.
You know I'm a huge animal lover...
Please don't forget to say hello to Spot for me.
Craig, I have been working with some buyers that would be perfect for this house! Too bad, they are looking on the coast, I'd refer them to you!
Have a great day!
Toula - Wll, my friend, if that's the vehicle they're driving, I say back up the truck! We've got a sale!
Toula - Fortunately, this home is in a subdivision where the covenants allow "things living under the stairs" as pets!
Amy - I think we've all worked with buyers like the ones who would be perfect for a home like this!
Craigster, once again you deliver an entertaining holiday post! Love the Munsters! I hope you find a ghoulish family to buy this unique home!
That ghoulish gruel you're slyly slurping looks maliciously delicious, Craig!
I think you should take the listing. You shouldn't have any trouble selling this hauntingly beautiful home at this time of year.
Cheers,
Robin
Caren - Thank you my friend! And, really now, who doesn't love the Munsters!
Robin - I think it was curried grasshoppers Robin.....
You better hurry and get this one on the market while it's still October. Thanks for the entertainment.
Tammy - In October this home is sweet like candy. Next month it'll just be another turkey!!!
Craig-I just might have a buyer for this one. LOL
Debra - Send them my way! I'll take good care of them!
Okay but he is a "close talker". LOL
Debra - Ooooh. A close talker, huh? I'll have to get back to you on that one!!!!
Craig: You are a hoot! I went on a listing appointment a few months ago where the family cemetery was on the front lawn. So much for curb appeal. It got even weirder inside. There was an entire room of floor-to-ceiling shelves filled with dolls and a parrot atrium where the owner had a TV that played movies with parrots in them to keep his birds company. And, believe me, that weirdness was just for starters! I didn't know how in the world I was going to get out of this listing, but, thankfully, the owner got insulted when I told him what I thought we should list it at. He wound up listing with another agent at exactly the price I suggested. Not that I'm complaining, mind you.
Kim - Too funny! I went on a listing appointment once in a prestigious subdivision and the lady answered the door with a monkey on her shoulder! there were a few other monkeys running around loose in the house, the garage was converted into a parrot jungle, and the reptile zoo that was quite prominent in the dining room was all I needed to see to walk away from that one!
By the way, none of those "pets" were allowed in that neighborhood!
Craig: In what other business could we experience such weirdness on a regular basis? That's what keeps us coming back!
Kim - It's definitely what keeps it fresh and fun!
