I went on a listing appointment once in a prestigious subdivision and the lady answered the door with a monkey on her shoulder! there were a few other monkeys running around loose in the house, the garage was converted into a parrot jungle, and the reptile zoo that was quite prominent in the dining room was all I needed to see to walk away from that one!

By the way, none of those "pets" were allowed in that neighborhood!
