Was doing my regular morning coffee, Active Rain and answering email. Flipped back to my home page and there it was ~ 503 blog posts. OMG I have written over 500 blog posts in less than one year and also accumulated over 150,000 points.

Some of my first posts were really sad and some were really bad. I would like to thank Active Rain for making me a better blogger, not that I'm that great now, but much better than before.

This site has really helped me in this down market. It helps to read blogs from all over the country and to hear what other agents are struggling with and to also hear about their success and to share tips and tools of the trade.

Thanks again AR, it's been fun and informative.

Chanda: I have written posts about not being able to think about anything to write about. The comments really helped me to gt started again. I think that you can get burned out really easily if you don't join some groups and you really need to read the featured blogs.

Mike: I have gotten some referrals from it. I have also had some of my very old past clients that had moved out of state, that I lost contact with to want to move back to Spartanburg, SC and they found me on Active Rain.

Jane: Thanks ~ it also helps to do your comments everyday. I started out just welcoming in the new agents ~ the key is to try to read 10 blog post per day. Sometimes you can't do it ~ you will learn so much ~ just read the featured blogs, then join some groups. It's fun and jammed packed with information. You also have to invite others to join.

Carra: This is a great place for you to learn. If you don't know how to do something. Write a blog post and ask for help. You AR peeps will come to your aid and help you and direct you to website to help you. But it is so important that you read as many posts as your schedule will allow.
