I read where there was an ammendum or proposal that the final bill would need to be put online for at least 72 hours before it was to be voted on. That would give us, the taxpayer, a chance to review this bill and contact our Congressperson about our opinions.

 

Needless to say , this proposal was voted down.

 

What is wrong with posting this very important piece of legislation on the web for 72 hours so we can all see what they are trying to pass??
