With the economy in a pinch and the purse strings of REALTORs and home owners getting tighter, Virtual Home Staging solutions are increasingly becoming popular. Recently the benefits of Virtual Home Staging were featured nationwide in REALTOR magazine. If your home is vacant, needs updating, and a home manager or traditional home staging with rental furniture is not an option, Virtual Staging TM is an affordable alternative to renting furniture and accessories for two or three months. By virtually staging a vacant or cluttered home with today's technology, you are able to inexpensively improve the home's appeal to the 87% of home buyers on the Internet looking at pictures of homes for sale.

A pioneer in alternative home staging programs, Atlanta Home Staging Pros - Homes Designed To Sell began offering Virtual Staging TM (some call it cyber home staging) in 2007 being used by other home stagers. Virtual Staging TM creates three dimensional (3D) pictures of how rooms or spaces within a home can look with furnishings and accessories appropriate for the type of buyer for that home. Using special software, trained graphics designer along with a virtual stager create model home like pictures to attract more buyers into the home and often an offer. For most home buyers, a home purchase is an emotional decision, they fall in love with it or know it when they see it and many buyers lack imagination as to how the home would look with furniture, less clutter or more space. Normally there is a five space minimum to create pictures (the family room, kitchen, master bedroom, formal living room and keeping room or breakfast area) since these are the spaces buyers most often wish to see pictures of on the internet). The average response time to create a Virtual Staging TM solution is approximately five business days from the time the order is received along with all required documentation. Individual rooms can be done but at for slightly higher fee.
