Another GREAT reason to extend the First Time Home Buyer's Tax Credit!!! Investors are VERY selective which of these homes they will take out of the REO inventory so getting more interest from owner-occupants is a MUST!!!

Yes, now is the time to buy and any investor that is in a hard hit area should be building hi or her investment portfolio. Even if you just buy and wholesale properties now is the time just to go do it.
