In early 2000, Mr. Chesron started building Black Rock, an exclusive, members only golf-course overlooking Coeur d'Alene Lake. Around that time area residents also received news of Gozzer Ranch. another high quality golf course.
In 2006, Jack Nicklaus closed the Hidden Lakes Public Golf Course and started building "The Idaho Club". This PGA quality course is located on Pend Oreille (Pond Oray) Lake near Sandpoint, just a quick drive north of Coeur d'Alene.
Teri - it's funny because I was mostly wanting to write about the article and then decided heck, I should show people why this is so great. I have really got to get into golfing. We have tons more courses than the ones listed in this post that are awesome too.
