Staged Home Sold in 2 Hours - Unstaged Homes on Same Street Still Available

Synergy Staging was recently contacted by another investor who had just purchased a home at auction. This was a small single family home in a nice neighborhood, however, there were several other homes on the same street for sale with the exact same floorplan. The investor believed staging would set her house apart from the others. We agreed, and it turns out she was right!

We staged the home and also replaced all the knobs on every cabinet and drawer throughout the unit to update the look from the original hardware.

The home had multiple full price offers only two hours after being listed with a few additional backup offers. Even in the current real estate market, there is nothing that can compare to staging a home and appropriately pricing it that will result in a faster sale.

Home staging is a big business in Southern California. Many buyer's cannot visualize what a room will look like without the furniture in it. I've used professional Home Staging in the past with great results! Good luck to you.

HI David, another staging success story. It is true, how anyone can still dispute or think that home staging is not a value added service is leaving equity and commissions on the table. If you are a professional sales person the first thing they teach you is to work smarter not harder.

Way to stand out David! Why oh WHY can't more realtors/investors/builders and homeowners realize that staging is like a secret weapon that works!

In time, yours and other stagers' stories will have to make an impact.

I have a huge following in the industry - a large group of what I call the Nodders - They give lip service when discussing staging. So many agent and others in the industry will agree when the subject is open - all say they believe in staging, but so few actually use it.
