I used to run a 15 person internet advertising company up to about 8 years ago. - Keyword density 2% to 4%
- 300 - 500 words (if more break it up into a series)
- Start and end with the phrase you want to rank in the search engine
- 2 - 4 outgoing links
- Insert pictures for user experience (get traffic from Google - right name/keywords)

- This is your table of contents for your blog
- Helps organize your content
- Writemultiple articles about the same phrase (more than three articles in each tag)
