Dinah is showered with Active Rain InspirationAs you can see the cloud hovering just above us at Rain Camp today was letting loose with a pretty big deluge. I have seldom in my career been as inspired as I was today.

A group of us from Windermere Peninsula Properties attended this not to miss event. We came away in awe of all the possibilities when it came to enhancing our businesses.

There are a ton of free tools just waiting to be used on the web. From photo enhancing, to web conferencing. The tech world has arrived to real estate and it is going to simplify and enhance our lives in dramatic ways.

The tools of the future do not include personal websites, but they will utilize your phone for just about any task. Real Estate live will be just a click away and transactions will be a much more interactive responsive experience.

I can't wait to see what they have in store next. After attending Rebar camp just this last February and September I was truly inspired, but what I saw today was amazing. The possibilities are endless and Active Rain will be there every step of the way.Just ask Brad Andersohn ( really ask him) I can't wait to implement these strategies for my Sellers. They are going to love the attention!

Dinah, I have never attended these specialty camps like this one but just the state Realtor conventions which seem so low tech and behind the times compared to these high tech events. Thanks for your enthusiasm. Tremendous education for you all...

Glad you enjoyed it. I bet it's a blast.

Dinah Lee,

It sounds like there was a ton to learn.  I was not able to make this camp, but am looing to attend many in the future.  I am ready for the inspiration and look forward to using all that AR has to offer.

Dinah Lee,

Sounds like being a "guinea pig" was a great thing! We're all semi-envious of your experience and hope to replicate it in our own areas. Thanks for the review.

Dinah Lee, It was awesome to finally meet you, Valarie and Richard! I so wish that we would have had more time to chat! This RainCamp was so packed with no-nonsense fluff that the day just flew by and we were all so engrossed in the message that there was time for little else - we all need to take the time to have coffee somewhere here!  I was so inspired as you were! I want to start implementing the tools but have a full plate until the 19th. After that I am going to start using the 10 days of PAIN!

Dinah - I couldn't agree more. I used Ben's search phrase tactics to write a blog about bank owned properties in Vancouver. Imagine my surprise to see it ranked in the #3 and #4 position on Google in less than 90 minutes. Pretty powerful stuff!

Dinah: Indeed, it was a great event. Glad you could make it. What a week for me, I was at RE BAR Camp "mini" in Bellevue the Tuesday and Ben was at KW Renton last week... I'm hearing some thunder behind those showers and the sound is awesome!

Dinah, Ok so I've read a couple of posts on how great camp was (hear a bit of jealousy in that comment?) I hear you got some great tips and ideas. You must be on overload - when you digest things can you put some more meat on the bones for those of us who are still waiting our turn for camp.

Dinah, I too, was delighted to attend this camp with you and Valerie. Particpants were awarded with terrific new information, guidance, tips and tricks. Now if I just remember what I learned and put it into practice.

Hi Dinah: I too took inspiration from Rain Camp. I would of liked to have met you but the place was packed! I hope they do it again. Take care.

Dinah,  I was also inspired and have been working on the new ideas I gained from Rain Camp! So much good information.  Even though I suffer from information overload I'm weeding through it and applying as much as I can to make room for more in the future!

Thanks for all of your great comments. I am blessed to be here so near Seattle. I have been going through my notes and I will do my best to post a tidbit everyday to get you all up to speed. Stay tuned! ( for about the next year or so! LOL)

I missed seeing some of my friends at RainCamp. I hope to catch up with you all soon. How about through a transaction together!
