Hi Ken~ Congratulations! I had a pay day today too! We actually celebrated with steak dinner!

Paydays are a good thing, aren't they? I love them I've have two or three in the past couple of weeks, but also had a cancellation today that threw me for a loop. But....on to bigger and better things. COngrats on the closing.

Ken - Congratulations. Closing days will always put a smile on your face. Especially when you see how happy your buyer or seller are now the the home actually closed.

Persistence, my friend, persistence. Times are changing. 40% of all mortgage applications are being denied nationally. Cherish the payday!
