CENTRAL OHIO MARKET REPORT SEPTEMBER 2009

1450 single family homes and condos sold in Franklin and Delaware counties in September 2009. This compares with 1417 that sold in September 2008.

Days on market in september 2009 was 91, while the days on market was 95 in 2008.

I can not offer an accurate average sold price. One home in 2009 was listed for sale at $1,470,500 but was reported as sold at a price of $50,834,357!!Wow what a home that sold for $7,013.20 a square foot!
