Take NYS Approved Appraiser Continuing Education  before you renew your Appraiser License

Part of this regulation requires you to attend the 7 hour National USPAP Update course. USPAP is mandatory! No Exceptions! Questions?, call NY State at 518-474-4429. Due to limited seating, and advance book purchase requirements, no refunds are permitted once course is registered for. Attendance mandatory to receive credit for courses. Call to confirm dates, times and availability of each course you wish to attend. We require a minimum of 7 students to run each course. KEEP COPIES OF ALL CERTIFICATES YOU RECEIVE! All appraisers are subject to a continuing education  audit. If you do not have the required Appraiser Continuing Education, you are in violation of state guidelines.  If course is cancelled due to weather issues, we will call you at the # you provided.

Licensed, Assistants, Certified Residential & Certified General Appraisers must complete 28 hours of approved continuing education (incl.  7 Hour USPAP Update) before you renew your  license.
