Chirp--Grrr!!!

By

I was out of town at the WCR State meeting in California when  I    cat in bag

received the text from my husband.  One of the smoke alarm

batteries had apparently gotten to that critically low level where

it starts to chirp an alert.

It was 3am (when it started chirping, thank goodness the text came at a more decent hour!).  Cowboy, that handsome cat, decided it was important that he start growling at the chirping smoke alarm.

I understand neither slept the rest of the night.  Sometimes it pays to be out of town!

I hate that chirping sound, but I'm lovin' that handsome Cowboy of yours!

Can't wait for San Diego!

Hi Lela,

Cute post!!  The chirping sound is annoying!  I don't know how your husband could sleep through it!  Funny!  Thanks for sharing the story & cute photo of Cowboy!  Have a great weekend!

This is a GREAT reminder for everyone to change their smoke alarm batteries when the time changes. (unless you are in a state that does not Fall back or Spring forward)
