Small upgrades can make a big impression

My wife is redoing our house, after living here thirty years we decided it was time to spruce up. She said something that really made me listen. "Small upgrades can make a big impression" we were putting on a new front door lock and replaced the front door.

For once I agree with her, small upgrades do and can make a difference. So there, after 44 years of marriage I agree with her.Thought you would appreciate hearing something different from me rather then all those inspector hints

Carl..nothing like soap & water, Paint, door knobs, cabinet pulls etc. to sell a home. I noticed your from Bulverde! I lived in San Antonio for 10 years.

Danny: I wonder if we ever crossed paths. I was born in S.A., worked for Swift & Co. until they closed, offered a transfer, but 100 miles form S.A. is too far.Worked with my wife in the employment, recruiting business for awhile until I went to work for Armstrong Plumbing (when it sold to Ferguson Enterprise) I was again asked to move and of course the answer was no. Been in the inspection business since 1994; the best move I ever made. We moved to Canyon Lake about 30 years ago to raise our family in the country. So, that's it. If you figure out that we have ever met, let me know. What did you do in S.A.?
