This is only the 2nd time this year that Condominium sales have out numbered last years sales, if you follow my blog on home sales you will see they have exceeded last years numbers 5 months in a row - obviously a trend.
So is this the beginning of the Condo trend? We will just have to wait and see.
2009 sales saw a 40% increase over last years numbers, but with a <29%> drop in median prices, don't just look at the numbers though, you need to talk to a Realtor and read deeper into this. We had sales as low as $109,000 and as high as $1,550,000 - just all over the board.
