Carol Stream, Illinois located in Dupage County, is far from the farm land that it once was back in the late 1950's. With a population of over 40,000, Carol Stream has continued to grow and become a great place to raise a family. The Park District continues to grow and add to their programs and playing fields and parks. The Village of Carol Stream has it's Ross Ferraro Town Center that hosts special events all year long.
