Have you ever read the L.L. Bean Credo? Boy do they understand the meaning of service!

We could all learn something from L.L. Bean !
There are a lot of Corporate "slogans" that come from an era of customer service, unfortunately those "slogans" are oftentimes not enforced. But fundatmentally they are terrific. Thanks for sharing.
AMEN....We often lose sight of those statements, especially in this stressful economic environment.
Is that on the indisde cover of the catalog? Funny that the customers don't read it.

Hi Dori...So far L.L. Bean has lived up to the slogans in its dealings with me. I have always gotten good service.
Follow through is the key. We can have a neat slogan, caring it out is the test of our professionalism.
