Just got back from Derby Divas at the Humble Civic Center tonight. It was GREAT! Here are some of the highlights of the evening.
- Shopping. Jewelry, Wine, Skin Care, Kitchen Goods, Clothing, Photography & Dance Lessons
- Pamper Stations. Chair Massages, Foot Rubs & Reflexology
- Derby Day Stick Pony Races. Our own Dan Huberty was one of the jockeys!
- Hilarious Hat Contest. Prizes were given for the funniest, most creative & prettiest.
- Music. The disc jockey spinning the tunes did a great job.
- Food. Appetizer buffet with cold boiled shrimp, cheeses, crackers & fruit. A delicious strawberry spinach salad, ham biscuits, pork sandwiches & chips. Dessert bar with cakes, cookies & brownies.
What a fun event and thanks to the hard working members of the Ladies' Night Out Committee and Humble Chamber of Commerce staff.
