Tired of looking at the same files for months on end.

Tired of buyers getting antsy and walking from their short sale contract after only 3 weeks!!

Tired of selling the same properties over and over and over again.

Tired of calling BofA every week just to hear the same "no updates" every time

BUT.......I will git 'er done!!!

yeah...they've about gotten me beat down to the point that I want to quit short sales! Tired is about right!

Brilliant. Between the sentiment of the post and the picture, I am quite certain we are twins.

I can relate. At the moment I'm just tired from being out showing houses all day, most of them short sale and with a mound of paperwork still to finish before I can call it a night.

B of A has rapidly become a big joke. No help, no care. Have a great weekend.

I know just how ya' feel, fella'! Fetal position and thumb sucking...some days are like that! I love it when a picture "says it all." LOL.

HI BB - Well we just had a buyer walk too, but they stuck it out for 3 1/2 months with no updates at all from BoA, so I can't blame them. Now back to work and find new buyers for it - it's a gorgeous house, so hopefully it won't take long.

Too cute and so right on. I think I might be heading to the same dreamland real soon LOL

There is something about getting into the grove, some days are like nothing, and some days are 80 hours long. Get'r done mentality is what is necessary, especially these days when the timid don't cut it.

Broker B, you need to exploit chile labor a bit more so you get enough nap time!

My guess is you are having a tough time keeping up with Nathan and family and he has shown you what kind of a man he is...it's tough, isn't it?

BB, there's a few comments that come to mind with this picture. But, I'm not going there. Get some rest, recoup and get back out there swinging!

OK so I feel much better today!! Nathan and I are meeting with a buyer this morning. Hopefully we can get Nathan his first contract.

Do ya think those grandkids could be making your tired too? All that swimming and eating brownies I am sure TLW is making for the munchkins.

Bryant - I really would have to agree with Missy here. I think it's the grand-kids because you live, talk, eat and even poop Short Sales, according to TLW :)

Oh Lord! What a picture! I'm sure short sales are frustrating we don't have many of them up here in my area. Keep on keepin' on!

Two with BofA and yes...tired ...tired.... I'll jump for joy if any of these goes through ...

Same here...BOA needs to get their act TOGETHER! Love the photo--how well it demonstrates all of our frustration and boredom!

Is your thumb really in your mouth????? Real estate can make you very tired, but you seem to keep great balance by spending time with your grandkids and all.
