Good luck with the listing, it's so hard to get a short sale approved. I'm sure you will find a buyer in no time!

What if you offered a 60/40 split with the buyers' agent. I'm just brainstorming a little for you.

Just re-marketing this one. Don't want the approval to expire. We had a buyer and now the buyer can not qualify for the loan. No problem with getting offers, I just want a WELL-QUALIFIED buyer who can actually CLOSE. Then again, who doesn't?
