The person is self-confidence as a result of their preparation and that self-confidence propels the person in the direction of success at an accelerated pace.

Hi Lou, I agree 100% - preparation is the main ingredient for self confidence especially when giving a presentation - some peope have confidence because they can "wing it" - but it's only because they are already prepared with the information and they know it.
