Kate, Love the before and after pictures. It is amazing how the kitchen is transformed. And it always is a focal point for buyers.

Great post. The kitchen has to be done right or it will kill a house.

Taylor, I was surprised how affordable Kitchen Tune-Up makes it for homeowners.

Harry, yes, and this gives an affordable alternative to sellers as opposed to a full-blown remodel.

Susan, before and after pictures are always convincing, aren't they?

Greg, thanks! Many hours are spent in a kitchen. So no wonder! It's also a central room with high visibility in many houses.

Hi Kate,

Thanks for pointing out the work that Kitchen Tune-Up does for houses that need a little extra help!  I wanted to let all your readers know that we have locations all over the US so real estate professionals who are interested in seeing what a Tune-Up or other service could do for their listings could contact us as well.

Locations can be found at kitchentuneup.com and there's also a free design tool there that homeowners can use to see what changes to their kitchens would actually look like!  It's fun and easy, just click on "Design Tool" at the top of the page.

Thanks again,

Hi Matt, I saw some prices and was blown out of the water at how affordable it can be. What a great idea for sellers to easily spruce up a kitchen. The buyer benefits too.

By the way, I told my husband about the blonde putting the neighbor's barking dog in her own backyard... Maybe I live in a hole but I haven't heard any of your blonde jokes before. They crack me up.

I get a reface every morning when I shave.  Does that count?

This is great to hear about -- kitchens just swallow money, so to freshen up the look without having to start from scratch is great. I'm heading over to play with the design tool for my own house and for someone else :)

Thanks Scott for that video too. Kitchen Tune-Up wood reconditioning takes away stubborn build-up and restores the stain or finish that has worn away.

Mrs Kate,

Please post a new high resolution photo so, as you do, I can photoshop it and use it to discredit you. Turn about is fare play.

"Fare play"? Is Nutsy going on a subway? I do know there are a lot of rodents in the NY transit system...
