30+ Years in Real Estate!

I just joined Active Rain today and did my first blogging myself.  Last year at about this time, we decided to go to the New England states.  We had never been there.  It's absolutely beautiful and a place that I will definitely go to again.  We flew into Boston, and by the end of 2 wks we had traveled 2,000 miles.  We went some nights in Bar Harbor, went to Acadia, drove up into Canada, to see the Roosevelt home, spent a view nights in Kennebunkport, and then went on to VT and NH.  It's a lovely place up there.  The only thing we couldn't get over were the size of the mosquitos (I guess you had one wet summer there last year)!  We had to go and invest in some bug spray right away! The New England homes were everything that we'd ever read about.  Truly God's Country!  If you're ever in the Charlotte, NC area, I'd love to show you around!

South Casco-Sebago lake is so crystal clear that depth is deceptive- the pebbles and sand are visible almost to the middle!  And the sun setting...nothing like it!

Welcome to AR!  When I was a kid we went to York Beach Maine and there was a storm out at sea (sunny where we were) that was kicking up some major waves....we rented some rafts and had a blast!
