I am attempting an Agent's Open House / Yard Sale next week!  Everything is for sale, including furniture, appliances, pictures, books decorations, dishes, bedding, clothing and shoes and shoes and more shoes.

The first of the yard sales is exclusive to Real Estate Agents, while they are browsing sale items, I will poll for home value opinions.  I expect a large turn out and really expect to sell a lot of items.

After the yard sale, I am expecting my friends and colleagues to Remember My Listing and put it on their show list.
