It has been a while since I posted anything here, but the market here has stayed fairly consistent through all of the turmoil. As I write this, we have less than a 6 month supply of active listing (which is statistically very strong) and our prices are holding. We have dipped a bit in volume and the median price of homes flucuates month to month, but overall dollar volume of sales is only down slightly. So, we're still strong here in San Angelo.
