Who Says It Never Rains in Southern California?

Over the last few months Heather & I have been communicating via ActiveRain, Facebook and Plaxo.  Many days I would 'run into' Heather on more than one site.  I can't remember when we first meet, but we always seem to be there for each other when the one of us needs a shoulder to cry on or hand to 'pick up the pieces' just like a 'real-life friend.'

When Dave & I were planning our fall vacation on the west coast I knew I wanted to connect with Heather Chavez if possible.  Being the agreeable person he usually is, he said okay to driving up the coast to meet Heather for lunch at the Beach House overlooking the ocean.

    The sun, the water, service & food were great, but the comraderie was unbeatable.  Heather & I talked non-stop for two hours.  Oh yes, we let Dave say a few words. Dave described to Heather our rural property along a stream and his love of fishing and hunting.  Later Heather told her husband our lunch & conversation and his ears 'perked up' when she mentioned stream, woods, lake.
