I started a new ad campaign on Facebook today.  Facebook

I am very excited.

A few weeks ago, I posted my early results from my Facebook Ads.  Although I was very pleased with the results, money was tight, so I had to stop my campaign...

But with this weeks closing in the bank, I began a new campaign today.

Again, very excited.

I am expanding my marketing strategy.  I am now running two ads:

One ad marketing my Facebook Professional Page...

Another ad for "Ken's Featured Home" My listing of the week*.  A link to my website, www.KensFeaturedHomes.com, a nice looking exterior picture with information, address, and price...

Extra marketing for my listings.  More traffic to my website...

My daily budget for my ads is fairly small, but I am planning to double it after my next closing, scheduled for the end of October.

I will keep you posted.

Ken

Ken, Facebook is a wonderful avenue for your sphere of influence to stay involved in your business endeavors.  It requires a balance between professional and personal.  I just created a "Real Estate" tab in my personal profile that friends, family, colleagues and clients can all access right on my home page.  It came with its own listings widget, and has the ability to feature all my listings as well as provide tracking stats for me.  The cost was incredibly reasonable.  If you pay for the full year in advance ($164), it will give you 3 months free, which averages $11 per month.  Well worth the money.  Click here to view mine.  I'm not sure what you're paying for your ads, but this may be cheaper.  Good luck to you!

BTW - it's through www.socialrealestatetools.com.  No, I don't work for them, but if I plug them much more, I'm going to apply for a job.  LOL

I always wondered how the facebook ad would work!  Looking forward to see what happens for you.  I would definetely try this once I have a sale!

I also like the idea of the real estate tab!

Hi Chain and Melinda.  Thanks for stopping in.

I am a big believer in Facebook.  I want to market where my audience is.

I love knowing my ads are running even when I sleep.

Would like to hear your results and I hope they pay off for you. Twitter just seems to be one person after another selling their wares without paying any attention to any of their followers.

I am in the same market as you. I'm an investor and when I have a property available I pretty much post every day on Craigslist, Kijiji, and Backpage. Adding a link with a YouTube video of the property, putting flyers on nearby cars, telling neighbors about the property, having an open house every weekend, offering a buyers bonus, and I get a a few showings each week on a single property and usually have a property under contract within a month.

I will write a post about my progress( I always do!)...

So far, very pleased.  I am willing to spend money for increased exposure.

I would encourage anyone curious to give it a try.  You can spend as little as $1...

Easy to set up.  Very fun.
